Got stopped on Prince's Street yesterday by an Oxfam representative who was obviously incredibly stressed out. She was talking incredibly quickly, was shouting incredibly loudly (which did the opposite of making me feel inspired to donate) and was constantly stopping her speech to take 2 seconds to compose herself. It honestly looked like the poor girl was going to pass out. Initially I was going to donate to her but the fact that the stress of the job and the heat caused her to come across as delirious dissuaded me completely. The fact that Oxfam cannot take care of it's own representatives makes me question it's ability to actually take care of the real people in need. Maybe you need to cut down the hours that these passionate, caring and socially aware individuals work before they end up in hospital.

One of the best charity shops in the area. The shop is well arranged, clean and tidy and has a great selection of fair trade and organic items as well as donated goods. Support this brilliant charity!

I went to donate two large bags of clothes on Monday at 5:15pm 05 Oct, 2017. I was treated very disrespectfully by the shop staff who rudely asked me to leave the donation area; Perhaps he thought a coloured person couldn't possibly donate anything of use? Bunch of racists, keep clear.
