I went here when purchasing my bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding. The women working there were lovely and the dresses were stunning! My friend purchased her gorgeous wedding dress from this shop aswell.

I loved the whole experience of buying my wedding dress at Pretty Woman. Lynn was so helpful when browsing and picking the dress, and also fantastic at looking after me and my dress during all the stress of Covid. She and her team were absolutely amazing every time that I came into the shop. Couldn't recommend highly enough just how amazing they all are!!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had trying on a dress. For an assistant (the blonde one) to make you feel so upset following an appointment tells you all you need to know. If you cant be bothered and dont want to take the time or care to put your client first, then why even work in the job in the first place? Maybe it's time you looked at a new profession? At the end of the day, a bride needs to be made to feel amazing when trying on a dress, yet the feeling was the complete opposite. Poor show.

Some lovely gowns, but the woman assisting me picked out all the gowns I tried on because she totally took over. My bridesmaid was made to feel like an inconvenience and my mum was just ignored. And towards the end she tried to talk me out of buying a dress from another place. I understand they want to make a sale, but a bit more of a personal touch would have put me more at ease.

Truly wonderful service from Lynn and Marie. From the very first visit to all subsequent visits I cannot praise these lovely ladies enough. They are highly experienced and professional in the Bridal industry. I had first class service and even additional services above and beyond what I paid for. The girls offered a wealth of advice as well as reassurance should any of those unexpected nightmares occur before the wedding. As a bride I'm sure most will agree that we all have that fear of spilling something on our gown before the wedding, I was assured that nothing would be a problem and to go straight to the shop in the first instance if that should happen. Luckily it didn't. Just having that reassurance though was so good to know. But one of the best things for me was how lovely the ladies are. Such nice people to speak to and i would often spend much longer at the shop than an appointment time as I enjoyed speaking to Lyn and Marie. I shall miss going in to chat to them actually. Any bride to be shall be in the most capable hands should they choose Pretty Woman to purchase their gown from. If their was a gold standard in Bridal gown sales, these guys are it! Keep up the fantastic work and can't thank you enough️

I got my amazing bridesmaid dresses from here and the staff were amazing. From the first time we entered the shop we were served by Laura, a fabulous member of the team who made sure our first time looking for wedding dresses was special and an experience to remember. She helped me with trying on bridal dresses and was able to help me narrow down what styles I liked and didn't. We then got my bridesmaids to try on dresses and get an idea of what suited and what they liked. I unfortunately didn't find my dress at the store however we went back again for the bridesmaid dresses as we were blown away by how great the service was. Lynne (the fantastic owner) was on hand to help my 3 bridesmaids find and order the perfect dress. She listened to my ideas of themes for the wedding and gave us some tips and great advice. Her and her team were able to take 3 stunning (but plain) dresses and add in some fabulous detailing which fitted in with exactly what we were looking for. The seamstress at the shop was brilliant. The dresses fitted the girls amazingly and they all looked absolutely gorgeous on the day and they felt comfortable and beautiful. I honestly cannot thank the team at pretty woman enough, you all helped make our wedding day the best day ever. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you once again. Xxx
