I had to print urgent work while I was travelling, stopping for a few minutes to friendly people at Print Pixels Ltd, who always kept supporting me through changes and new ideas remotely. Further more my work is carried out quickly and at great quality then shipped to me overnight. Best experience I had and would definitely recommend. 5 star *****
Horrible customer service. I emailed and called at 9:30 this morning to have 4 pages delivered around the corner ASAP. Omar, the owner, just informed me he’s been waiting on a delivery from 3-5 and will be closed after that. It’s 2:40 and he can’t walk the one minute to deliver the pages he had said he would. Or email or call me to let me know earlier?! Now I’m left scrambling around for work all because of his poor communication skills. If he had simply said no I can’t help you at 9:30am then I would have sorted my work out accordingly. Shambolic bro.
