10/10, guy who runs the place really cares about his customers! Got something for everyone, good for people like me who aren't that knowledgable or interested in all the technical stuff, just tell him what you use and he'll tell you whats best for you (even if its cheaper!). If you're more "into" vaping then still a great shop, lots of choices at a decent price. Nice surprise freebie with my last order too! Recommend!!
The gentleman who owns the shop provides amazing customer service. He's super friendly, doesn't mind chatting with you, actively asks questions about what you wish so that he can find the best kit for you. And I know, they all ask questions, it's their job, but with a previous bad experience in another shop as a comparison, I can say that at Provapor I did not feel as if someone was being nice with me just for the sake of selling their products. The guy had the patience and sat with me for least 40 min in search of a TC coil for one of the tanks(obviously). Great experience. I highly recommend.
