This restaurant has the best Haggis burgers! The restaurant itself is cosy and the staff friendly. We have enjoyed going to this restaurant on each of our trips into Edinburgh and I would recommend a visit if you are ever in Edinburgh.

Lovely all the way around. Food, Drink, Atmosphere & DOGS are all 5 star. The burgers here are fantastic, especially their vegetarian options (they have 4 that I know of, 2 of which I can guarantee are amazing). I also feel this says a lot, as I am a carnivore. My go to is probably the chicken mushroom burger with Parmesan Truffle fries With that being said, they also have delicious sweet potato fries and a large selection of gin and beers on tap. The ambiance is great for a few drinks or a meal with a few friends, a date, or your best furry friend!!

Came for breakfast today. Ordered toast with tomato, chorizo, spinach and pancake with bacon & maple syrup. The toast was very nice but the pancake wasn’t as nice. Recommend to eat toast rather than pancake for breakfast.

Kind of odd restaurant experience. After entering, we were ignored for quite some time until a waitress greeted us and led us to our table. The food order was also not taken when the drinks were brought which prolonged the wait even further. Great selection of food, even though the first thing the waitress did when she'd led us to the table was cross off all the things on the menu we couldn't order. Some vegetarian and vegan friendly options. I had the Orzo Soul Bowl. Was a bit bland but overall okay. Drinks were lovely and the waitress who ended up actually serving our table was very sweet and friendly. Probably won't go again as all of our dishes tasted "fine" but not great, but it's good value and a cosy atmosphere.

We popped in for breakfast & everything was delicious! The fruit topped porridge, a serve of maple bacon pancakes & some smoked salmon with poached eggs on a slab of thick crusty sour dough yum! 10/10 for nice clean toilets too!
