Julie actually puts the PERSONAL into her personal training. She has a level of insight and intensity I've not seen from anyone else. Julie provides a safe space to explore your weaknesses in order to turn them into strengths. Working with Julie for 12 weeks has been one of the best things I have done for myself for a long time. I have struggled with feelings around food and nutrition for a long time and tried many times to address issues for myself. I have tried for years loose weight and feel better about myself but had been unsuccessful. I had tried a few different diet programs, but they had quite a negative impact on me. Julie taught be how to eat a sensible balanced diet and I lost the weight I wanted to. It took someone on the outside to show me where I was going wrong and to put me on the right path. Now Julie has done that, I can carry on eating healthily and getting the results I desire. After having worked with Julie for 12 weeks I feel fantastic and I’m very glad that I connected with her.
