I visited the store several times before my purchase. A young lad Lewis helped me every time and couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. Very professional, transparent with prices and offered some great advice on sizes and designs. Lewis made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed a beer every visit. I will definitely be returning for wedding bands in a few years. Great service!

My fiancé and I had a lovely time choosing my engagement ring at ROX in Edinburgh. Rosie was extremely helpful and we enjoyed chatting about diamond characteristics with her while relaxing in the lounge area in ROX! We both highly recommend Rosie and we were really happy with the high level of customer care she provided! She was very patient and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. My ring was made to order and Rosie was also fantastic at keeping me up-to-date on the progress by email and by phone. I absolutely love my ring and I am so happy with the whole experience we had at ROX! We will definitely get our wedding bands at ROX too!
