Possibly the most incompetent bank in the world. I’ve had to call 19 times, three different divisions, trying to sort some simple problems with my account. They blocked my cards, and left me abroad with no online banking because of their sheer incompetence.
Customer service is rubbish. Phoned them up to ask because I forgot my account number. And they said log on to digital banking, how can I do that without my account number! Think people think!!!
Great looking place with world class facilities also a great place to work which I enjoy working in, I would recommend it for working in.
