Rudest staff I have ever encountered. They have no concept of customer service. I am all for supporting local businesses but for this establishment, I would NEVER use again. They should not be in business or hire a new staff.
Very Disappointing service. Left a goose down duvet to be laundered and dried. Paid 18 upfront. Collected a couple of days after it was due to be ready and when I took it out of bag it was still damp and because it had been lying in a plastic bag damp, it didn't even smell freshly laundered. Tried to phone to discuss but the number isnt connected. Don't recommend at all. Stay away.
The lady was very rude. Very unfortunate, what a shame.
Had dealings with here and Corstorphine (Dry Cleaners) and to say that all staff are kind and helpful would be an understatement. Having worked in retail nearly all my life it's a hard job dealing with the general public and can be a thankless task at times. But the Ladies at Care Clean are nothing but professional.....who sometimes happen to be human like the rest of us.
Very horrible and disappointing services! Paid 18 for my down jacket. Can't pick it up on time and What I got was poor customer services and attitudes. I'll never ever use it again. Stay away!
While the owner is lovely, her staff member is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and has zero customer service skills. This can make the simple routine of dropping off and picking up laundry an incredibly unpleasant experience.
