We had an appointment today at 2pm. We arrived early and the shop was shut, so had a coffee and came back at 2pm, still shut, waited for 10 minutes, checked with the shop next door, no sign of the owner... I had taken time off work and travelled for more than hour to get there. We were very disappointed. Got a great dress and excellent service at Harvey Nicols instead.

Great place to go if you want something more elegant for your bridesmaids. Dee was very professional. There were so many colours to choose from, and she explained how different shades would suit different skin colour. She would also make suggestions according to your wedding dress, so when you stand with your bridesmaids your dresses would compliment each other. We are very happy with their dresses, and can't wait for them to arrive!
Very nice but very exspensive
We met at Simply Bridesmaid in March and chose our dresses. When they came in we made an appointment to go and collect but no one was there after waiting for half an hour and trying to contact we had to go back to work. It was agreed to drop the dresses off at my work but we had to pay in full. Dresses arrived and on a quick look due to my boss being there and not really supposed to take time to do this after we had already taken time early in the day we rushed the process. The quality of all the dresses are not good and we have contacted true bride who say they don’t officially have these people as a stockist, also who say they have a return policy if the client is unhappy but this is not the case with the shop. We have now shown them to another stockist who agree quality is awful. With 8 weeks till my wedding it’s a disaster and we have had to purchase brand new dresses today so we have lost out on almost 900 pounds and not even an apology. So unprofessional and would steer clear! Dee is refusing to even speak to us now disgraceful customer service!
