Quick responses, great service at reasonable price, fitted a lock in our communal stair, and arranged spare keys for all the neighbours. Can’t fault the service. Would highly recommend.
Following a garage break-in, I contacted a few Edinburgh locksmiths about getting some bolts installed. All the top results from Google were busy, and unavailable, but they recommended I contact Steven at Smartlox. He came round quickly fitted the new bolts and even came back later with another tool later to repair the original lock we had at no extra cost. I'd happily call him again if needed. Recommended.
Great service, just changed my front door lock , 10 mins after Stephen left my front door blew shut and locked me out!, he came back within 10mins and let me in, superb service
