Following an eye exam at the North Bridge branch I opted to have the lenses in my current glasses updated to my new prescription. Unfortunately everything went downhill fast as soon as the Shandwick Place branch got involved. On arrival I was met by disinterested staff who took my glasses and told me to come back in an hour. Less than 10 minutes after leaving the store I received a call from North Bridge staff telling me that the frames had been broken. I returned to collect my carelessly broken frames to receive even less interest than before. My frames and existing lenses were handed to me separately without acknowledgement of what had happened or an apology. They just weren't interested in me as a customer.

I had been with 2020 on Queen st before changing to Specsavers. Specsavers were the ones to tell me I have astigmatism. I kept telling my optician at 2020 that I was struggling to focus on things, couldn't see in the dark etc. Even though I live within walking distance to a different Specsavers, this is the one I use. They have been really wonderful with me and were happy to see me within 2 years of my last appt as my vision had changed.
