Excellent service, personal and great attention to detail. It's very evident that the entire team is extremely skilled at what they do. They make you feel comfortable and involved in the process & decision making. There's a great focus on prevention of issues, and I haven't felt this good about my teeth for a long time.

I found the video that you sent me in advance of my appointment helpful, and eveything went very smoothly, thank you. Before I left home it was pouring with rain, but then eased off, but that did make me wonder how you would cope with wet raincoats and dripping umbrellas in a box - perhaps you can have a coatstand etc. in the outer hall?
