I spent more than one year there without observing anything bad. It is sooo clean and rooms are bright. Staff are very helpful and friendly and they are available 24/7. Regardless how cold weather outside, it is warm all the time and it is well secured. Definitely, when I come back to Edinburgh, I will book at this accommodation again. I highly recommend it for students

Awesome accommodation with modern clean rooms. I would love to spend a semester here, even though we were here just for a night. The room and bathroom is nicely equipped. There is even a small kitchen. Pretty much everything what student or traveller needs. The bed looked small for two people, but it was okay. The wifi is fast. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great cozy stay in Edinburgh! Confortable beds, an equipped kitchen, lots of storage room with many cupboards and wardrobes, great shower, great facilities, like the gym, the study room, the play room, the TV room, the laundry (paid)... It really overcame my expectations! The 4 people bedroom design of my booking was very well done, small but spacious. Great location, buses in front, but also better options of buses 2 small blocks away leading to main hubs of the city. There's a market in front of it, restaurants and pubs around. Would definitely stay again!
