Their bartenders make awesome cocktails and serve a great range of beer, wine and premium spirits. Their chefs produce the finest burgers, pizzas and haute dogs in town. The kitchen team uses the best ingredients and sources as much as possible from local suppliers. great atmosphere, great cocktails and food. the main reason we came back to edinburgh was to get the alcoholic milkshakes from here. 10/10 recommend

We came at a quite time of day for lunch and were served promptly. The food was amazing and the service was also great.

Visited here for lunch with my wife. Wasn't very busy but despite this the service was still exceptionally slow and not very good. We were there for an hour and a half and in that time were served just 2 drinks each, the second of which we had to ask for. When the waitress delivered the food about 25 minutes in, our glasses were empty but she walked away. We had to get up and ask for condiments. She delivered those but walked away again. She came back to the table to check if the food was okay and was about to walk away again when we asked for a second round of drinks. By the time the second round of drinks arrived we had finished our mains but again the waitress left the empty plates on the table instead of clearing them away - or asking if we wanted anything else. We had waited that long for the first two drinks we decided not to bother with the deal's third cocktail and left without ordering it. We had planned to stay a while longer and try the alcoholic milkshakes and the main menu cocktails which sounded good but, who knows how long that would have taken! I had the chicken burger which was a bit dry. My wife had the smokey burger which was a bit greasy. Fries were average as indeed was the whole meal, just about. A bit of a shame as the itison vouchers are a great way to introduce new custom into businesses. We're in Edinburgh regularly. Sygn would have made a bigger profit from us if the waitress had been good at spotting opportunities to upsell and the servi e was better. Definitely won't be back.

Great food and a fantastic waitress. We had an Itison voucher and it worked out great. Not sure I'd be happy paying full price for what we got but a nice weekend place anyway.

Funky little burger place at the top of Princes St in a little cobbled lane. Been several times with Itison deals and had both beef and chicken burgers with fries and cocktails. Really good size portions. Other food looked good too especially nachos!

A very American lard led menu of loaded fries and waffles and the like. Alongside a decent beer selection and good tunes. I had the chicken and waffles with loaded fries. Good fries. I could have eaten them twice. Waffle was a bit out of a packet but otherwise decent. Definitely worth a try.
