One of my favourite Edinburgh pubs. Good selection of beers on tap, including some well-kept cask ales, and brilliant food - their burgers are the stuff of legend. My friends and I have been going to the Monday quiz night for years, and it's one of the most fun and challenging in the city.

Absolutely top notch. The upstairs is a brilliant space to hire out for about 50-60 people. Private bar, speakers/TV to put on your own entertainment, and lovely staff too. We ordered some buffet food in advance, which was amazing too! Would book out again.

Whether you are a veggie or carnivore the burgers here are superb.There is a wide variety of options ( mainly but not exclusively) meat and you can choose salad instead of a bun if you want to be super healthy. This is a buzzing pub, so do not expect a quiet atmosphere.Quite often there is football being shown on the tv screen.During big rugby matches and golf tournaments a projector screen descends and the bar area can get pretty noisy.Staff are polite and attentive.Hard to beat for a burger and a pint.

One of the best burgers in Edinburgh. Traditional pub atmosphere: sports on large screen TV, can be noisy at week ends. Good wine selection.

Good place to watch a game and have a good burger. They had a great variety on burgers and all of them looked delicious. The staff was really friendly and nice.
