Lovely first floor lounge. Cozy compared the London one I have visited. Always an added bonus when another customer plays the piano These are the reason I'm a virgin money customer.

Very disappointed (putting it politely) that this place is going to close, despite assurances to the contrary. It's always a pleasure, very friendly staff and a lovely hideaway from the weather and the bustle of the city. No doubt many will be moving their money in protest! (Would have got 5 stars if it wasn't closing)

Wonderful place to come and relax/rewind after out in the city centre. Very central location. The lounge itself is not very big but feels spacious. The decor is sophisticated but simple. It's usually not too busy and you can find somewhere to sit. The staff are always friendly and polite. The free coffee does the job and there's always biscuits stocked up. It's definitely one of the nicer lounges, compared to Glasgow or London.

Friendly hopeful staff. An excellent place to meet friends over a cuppa (or two).

We use the lounge when we fly up from Essex to meet our family. Today we popped in for coffee before taking the tram to the airport. As ever a lovely greeting from staff especially the gorgeous Anita and the manager. Thank you so much for making us feel special

A fantastic facility, but I think in dire need of a review of which Virgin Money customers have accessibility, and for how long! It is becomingly increasingly busy and more like your local bus station coffee shop (albeit in far superior surroundings). That said, the staff are warm and friendly and do their best to accommodate the masses.

Our first visit here & not disappointed. Three lovely rooms overlooking St Andrew's Square all tastefully decorated. Complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits also the use of two Mac computers i-pads, newspapers & magazines. A peaceful haven to have relax away from the crowds. pleasant & charming staff as well.

Visited twice. Once on way to airport and then again on way back. Late November, so cold and wet! What a welcome 'watering hole this is in the heart of this city. Just wish there were more across the country that the meagre few that already exist. However, the notion is a great one from Virgin and definitely gets a thumbs up from me. Just need you to not become so popular that we can't get in. A real danger I think!
