They provide excellent and highly responsive customer service. The network speeds are exactly as advertised. The few glitches I have had they dealt with quickly and effectively. I would recommend them to anyone in a rural area looking for Internet.

Our speeds average around 2.3 Mbps down and 1.2 up. Customer service is good, and they have tried to get the speeds higher, we just haven't been able to get the 10Mbps we are paying for, or even close. I'm sure it depends on tower location, etc.. Just my experience.

My husband and I were searching for internet service for a home we purchased in a rural area and were about to give up. Some of the internet rural services charge outrageous prices! Aero surf customer service is awesome, I would recommend them on that alone. For a wireless connection this is a decent option. I stream shows, movies, play video games, and FaceTime with very little interruption. There’s quite a bit of lag when I play certain FPS’s but not enough to bother me. I should mention I have the mid tier plan and I’m the only one using it. Overall happy with the service
