They up-charge for designer brands & couldn't give me a reason after asking why. My assumption was that perhaps they treat them a different way, but the employee said there is no difference. I guess they assume people with designer brands have more money & should pay more?

Visited this place couple of times in last week of JAN 2020. I have given my suite for dry cleaning. They have finished in 2 days. I honestly don’t no how efficiently and effectively they have cleaned it. They charged 12 for suite Dry cleaning . The staff women who work here not had proper idea about Dry cleaning and it’s function. She is feeling insecure and not had idea about current prices.
I work in fine dining while I’m earning my master’s degree. My job requires professionally dry cleaned and pressed uniforms. American Cleaners are the best. I don’t trust anyone else with my clothing. They’ve replaced buttons on my tuxedos (I didn’t even ask!), at no extra charge. They also offer cold bottled water and give dog treats to my girls when they’re with me. The best dry cleaners in Edmond-OKC in my opinion. Also a bonus: they don’t judge my messy backseat!
Honest company!! I called to see if they could clean a specialty item and they told me they could but it would be significantly more expensive to use them vs. a company in a different industry. If I ever need dry cleaning this is where I would go!
Friendly staff, gave a clear timeline for when my clothes were ready for pickup and did exactly that. Good quality for a good price.
