I enjoy shopping at this location, and I also enjoy shopping at BB&B online as well. Very helpful staff. Went beyond the call in helping to find a item. Didn't have the exact one I wanted and had it shipped to my house the next day.
Went in to look at pillows. And spent maybe 5 minutes on there checking them out. They send in someone to ask if I need help. I say no. Then immediately send someone over to act like they are working on the pillows to obviously watch me. I ignore it then some lady comes and just stares at me. Then they have people follow me through the store. I had planned to buy a full bed set. But Amazon it is. I dont even look suspicious
Very helpful staff. Lots of inventory but also able to order things out of stock with free delivery to your house. They have some great dirty Santa gifts st reasonable prices. The downside is the store is cramped. Music is to loud. And checkout is slow when it is busy.
Went there today, I have a breathing condition and I do not wear a mask. The American of Disability Act states that they can not prevent me from coming in. We all know that wearing masks for 9 months hasn't done anything to slow down the fake dempanic. Edmond is a liberal city and I guess I should have expected the rude behavior. One lady was very nice helped us find the pans we were looking for. The women who chased me down to tell me I had to use curbside service and the cashier so very rude. Attitude like beyond compare. I am a 100% disabled vet, had my veteran hat on. Pitiful display. Maybe it was because I was a veteran. Either way. they were badly stocked, and rude.
