Bright Cleaners

Drove by one day saw a new cleaners had opened up. Decided i would try it out since it was closer to my house. Dropped of shirts asked how much each one would be. I was quoted 2. and some change per shirt per Jan. She looked at and counted the shirts. Picked up a couple days later, and now for a reason that they could not tell me each shirt was 4. The young girl at the counter didn't know why it was so much per shirt, she proceeded to call Michelle for help. I could hear the conversation, Michelle asked "what does the ticket say. Well what do you want me to do about it? I guess I will talk to her." I then spoke to her on the phone and all she could say "well the ticket says the price, I don't know what you were quoted because I wasn't there. Maybe it's the type of shirt. What do you want me to do?" All i wanted was to pay the price i was quoted i wasn't asking for anything for free. In the end I just paid the ticket price and let her know that I would not be coming back. In my opinion this new location needs to get their communication with other employees and pricing on the same page.
