Very frustrated. Lived in a half of a leased, furnished duplex in this development for 6 months. Payed 1800 total in deposits. Accidently left behind a set of sterling silverware in a wooden box. No one called to notify us. Did call us about a cheap sewing box in the same cabinet, so we know they had to have found both. Our fault to have left it, but dishonest house cleaning staff or management/ repair people. I would not recommend.

Nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Great small pool with good covering. Friendly community. But a bit over active and strict HOA.
