Latoya, Ethan and everyone who helped me today to get in a vehicle was amazing. After being turned down earlier that day by another place they picked me up let me drive to the lot in the car I was going to get and really made my day bright again. You all are amazing.
Ethan was one of the most knowledgeable and professional salesman I’ve ever come across in all my years of car buying. No games, no hidden meanings in his words, just a bright and kind young man looking to help. Skyler, whom I believe to be the Sales Manager, worked with me on my payments as best he could and we were able to close a deal on a vehicle that works within my budget and that I am pleased with. Car-Mart should be thankful to have these two gentlemen working for them, and Edmond is better for having a Car Mart with them in it. Highly recommend to anybody looking to get their child a first vehicle, somebody looking for independence, or in a tight financial spot needing some true help. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
They had very nice people that were helpful in getting me my first car it was easy and they have great prices. Skyler was a huge help:) PLEASE READ EDIT: something went wrong with car locks a couple weeks after and they won’t fix it because it’s not covered and the car still drives, i had to pay 80 to get my car unlocked at midnight out of pocket and now I have to pay to get new locks and they won’t fix it so I had to keep my window down and everything is wet, just be cautious people
Hands Down the best dealership I’ve ever been too! They went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted! The customer service was excellent, everyone was so nice and out going! If I could give them 1000 stars I would ! I Would totally recommend them for anyone!
