The people here are plain rude. Instead of trying to resolve a problem with their customers and try to come to a mutual agreement or at least an understanding, they would much rather tell you your wrong and they're right and that it's not their problem any more since the papers been signed and the deal is done. I would recommend others to seek a different title company elsewhere.
