Although they are Green Cleaners now....I dropped off my curtains to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up they were stained and frayed at the bottom. They were only dusty when I took them in. They said they'd try and fix it. After paying over 60 and them trying to fix it for a MONTH. They were unable to remove the spots and claimed it couldn't have been them. They did NOTHING to make it right. Now I have ruined curtains and I'm out the money (and time). Oh and this is all after I returned clothes that weren't mine when I picked up my regular dry cleaning.
We love Comet Cleaners. Used them for over 13 years and love the service. They know my name when I walk in and it feels good to see the same people all the time. Best cleaners in Edmond!!
Great service at good prices
Dropped off at 7 am and next day at 1:30 go in and am told not ready to after 3...(advertise same day service if dropped by 9am) giving me two hours to get there. Told was unhappy about it and would not business here again. Austin says ok no problem. Glad they do not count on repeat business to stay afloat! A simple sorry I will call you when they are done would have went a long way!
