I am an avid internet user, I use to game now I just tend to watch videos. Although lately I can't do much as I live in the woods of Macomb Oklahoma. I have satellite internet now because Cox isn't out here so I have turned to widdling wood. Cox has the best internet but coverage is ish.

Really poor experience with the store and call center. We we're told all kinds of things like setup cost, data caps, etc. We also discovered they hike the price depending on competition in the area, so if you have choices they are competitive but if you don't they price gouge. Now we're here with a half setup (router in a poor spot) because they wouldn't come in the house to install and we're nearly at our data cap already despite having the top plan and already paying well above what ATT charges to run fiber to the house. I've called in 4 times today and keep getting hung up on instead of put on hold. No call back.

Day 6 of no internet connection from the ice storm that hit oklahoma. Zero information of what happened or if it will ever be restored. I always have problems with Cox whether its switching addresses or diagnosing internet issues. Not to mention their terrible online support. I cant wait to dump this company

Good service and innovation when it works. Internet and cable down multiple times a week. Customer service good to work with but problems keep happening.

Been out of internet for 20 days. Had notifications it would be done 18 days in but it was false hope to keep me waiting. They scheduled me repairs 3 days out when it was supposed to be done two days ago. I’m done with this company they don’t care about their customers.

Called to get service and spent an hour and a half trying to do so. Kept asking personal questions that were not mandatory but he wouldn't say that they were not mandatory. Finally at the end I had to verify with a third party. The first question they ask is about new phone service. I knew nothing about new phone service. Asked if they controlled the speed of what I watched and would not answer me. Was very frustrated

Worst customer service! Every single one of these people lie to you at every turn. It is just so frustrating and not how a business should be run! I really cannot fathom telling someone one price and then billing another and then the loyalty department not doing anything about it!!
