After calling tech support all morning I was told to bring my modem to this store to switch it out. They didn’t have it at the store and the unsympathetic “manager” told me it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. I asked if there were any other options because my kids do virtual school. She said no. I asked her for confirmation that I would have a new modem mailed to me and she couldn’t do that either. She claimed she emailed it, nope. After leaving the store I called customer service back and guess what? They are having someone bring me the modem TOMORROW. Funny how the “manager “ said she couldn’t do anything else to help me. Get it together, if you don’t want to do your job let someone have it that will.

Absolutely great service! My account got thrown into complete chaos over a weekend, leaving me without internet. I called Monday morning to get it resolved. They figured out what had happened and corrected the issue, and apologized for the whole disaster of a situation. They were super busy so it did take a while, but they figured out what half a dozen or more people could not. 10/10
Staff is always friendly and helpful! I really appreciate the steps they have to protect everyone during the pandemic, too. Thank you for taking it seriously, Cox!
My visit to the store was to return my old modem/router & obtain new equipment in order to move my internet data to the "unlimited" plan. I'm not sure why this mandated an equipment upgrade. And, frankly, the new "Panoramic WiFi" modem/router sucks. (I will buy my own when I get the chance.) When it was my turn, the transaction was quick and efficient and, as I was leaving, the young lady who had helped me rushed over to open the door and hold it open while I exited, which was quite unexpected and something I have never experienced before, so a happy surprise there. Everyone - customers and staff alike - were being very patient and pleasant to each other that day which was very nice to see.
Too many negative comments to mention. I will say that Cox do a great job at giving you a run around. Customer service is awful and the employees are afraid to answer questions trufully in fear of losing their jobs. Just Thankful that I am no longer a customer.
If you guys are gonna turn off the internet to fix it every 2 weeks you need to close your shifty business. Our corporation is going to have to pull away from your low grade business

Went in and was helped by Zach Smith. Super knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Wasn't able to get my issue fixed due to equipment issues, but the store was clean and staff were great.
