I found the owners/staff to be very unfriendly. Edmond is a kind and friendly community and the attitude of the people at this cleaners was surprisingly the opposite and did not reflect appreciation of the people who patronize local businesses. This was my first time using this cleaners and my last. Good luck to you. Hope you guys learn to appreciate hard earned money from your patrons because your prices are not discount prices. Your prices are too high to hand over my hard earned money to rude people. This cleaners may have been of quality years ago but please don't waste the last bit of your energy or hard earned money at the end of your day with this negative, unprofessional, unappreciative establishment as of June 2020. Get your act together Discount Cleaners and provide discount prices and join the Edmond vibe if you want Edmond to support you. Hello Tide Cleaners...here I come!

Have been using this place for 3 years, the ladies who work there are very nice, they’ve always done a great job, until there is a problem. On January 1, I dropped a brand new shirt off to be laundered and pressed, and in the bag I gave them back the hangers even with my business card to know it is my shirt. I went to pick it up this week, they lost it. The nice young woman went above and beyond to help me find the shirt on the rack, no shirt. I asked that the owner to call me, he didn’t. I went the next day, still no shirt, still no call from the owner. I asked that they review their cameras to validate that I dropped the shirt off, the woman told me only the owner can do it. I went again today, still no shirt, still no owner. They still have not reviewed the camera footage, supposedly. Here’s the thing, I run a company who installs cameras. The longer they wait to review the footage, the more likely it will be lost because it will be recorded over. The owner could have owned up to the mistake and kept a life long customer, I’ve found a competitor who will do it for a little cheaper down the street. I know this is a brand new shirt because I bought it to replace the one they ripped by the cuff, exact same shirt from Dillard’s. It was a couple of years old so I chalked it up to being old and did not pursue damages. However, I know I did not rip it because I have a bad habit of always rolling up my sleeves two turns, there is no way something could have cut it while I was wearing it. Karma will bite you in the ass my friend, one day.
My husband loves Hawaiian shirts, I take them to be cleaned and pressed.. They always do a great job... No complaints here!
WORST DRY CLEANER. More than once I have taken clothing there to be cleaned that didn’t have any stains. When I picked them up, they had stains. When you talk to them, they deny it is their problem. The last item I took was a pair of pants. It had stains all over it when I got it home. I don’t know if it was washed with someone else’s clothing or if they actually poured their solution directly on it and it left a stain. They deny doing anything wrong. I had to bring the pants home and put stain remover on it and scrub it by hand several times to get their stains out. Worst customer service. They make you pay in advance so they already have their money and don’t care about their mistakes. Don’t waste your time or money here.
That place is janky and skanky! It's just gross. I felt I would need a tetanus shot after I left. And you have to pay first before you get your clothes back, which is quite suspect.
