Wish I could give them a negative star. I've been calling multiple time at the Edmond, OK location and no answer. No lie, I called about 15 times or more within 2-3 hrs. Sounds crazy but its so annoying that a store doesn't answer during operation hours. I mean how busy can you be to not answer the phone or do they not have enough employees to answer phone calls or a voicemail?? I've been calling to ask few questions and to cancel my order I placed online to delivered. At this point I am upset/annoyed and just want to cancel my order! I tried canceling my order online, but it states I need to contact the store. How am I suppose do that, if the store don't answer??!! I started to read google reviews, apparently I am not the only person who have had this same issue with them. This is so inconvenient and unprofessional!! I DO NOT recommend them at all what so ever!! After calling the 1800 number provided when I made a claim, they finally answered and was able to cancel my order. After 3 hrs. calling them, UGH!

If I could rate this particular E.A a zero star, I would! I ordered my husband an arrangement with balloons that said "I love you" on them, a day ahead of time. The next day for delivery, I tried calling multiple times at different times to ask a few questions I had concerning the delivered but no one ever answered. The phone rang and rang. That was super unprofessional to me. Then when they dropped off the arrangement to my husband he was confused because all the balloons stated "happy anniversary" when I specifically ordered "I love you" only. To top that off the balloons weren't even fully blown up. They were partially blown up and wrinkled and tacky! It cost a good amount of money so things should be in order. I do not recommend this location at all!

No stars would have been a better option. I ordered 4 trays on March 16th to be picked up March 27th @ 4:30pm. My card was charged 238.11 on the 16th and I received a confirmation email. I called the morning of the 27th to confirm pickup time and no one answered the phone. I continued to call time and time again with still no answer. We went to the store at 4:20pm and the store was closed. We called again while sitting in front of the store. We then called corporate who said I could just pick up my order mo day...the gender reveal was less than an hour away. We had to run to Walmart and grab the cheap looking fruit trays they had so people would have something g to snack on. Monday morning rolls around and I call the store at 9:15am and no answer. I call corporate again. They tell me that they will give the store 24 more hours to respond. I then get a call at about 10:30am and the girl on the phone was rude and just blatantly lied and said they tried to call me for early pickup. I have my call log and screen shot it and texted it to her and told her...what number did you call from then because as you can see I didn't miss any calls. Then I asked if she left a voicemail? She said No. I then asked asked why they didn't email me and she said I didn't provide an email address. Then I said she was again living to me because they had my email on file. She said oh yeah I see it now. This was terrible and ruined the gender reveal for my daughter and son in law. She was so upset and cried the entire night. Monday the girl that called me said the owner would call me at 4:30pm. I started calling the store at 4:35 and again no answer. I drove to the store and they were closed. I called corporate back again and they said it can take upto 24 hours for them to refu d the money to my account. This entire experience was awful and I will NEVER use this company again. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT!!!

This is the first time I used this place. I placed my order online and way In advance for Valentines. Then I was informed by the person I was sending the items to could possibly be leaving early on that day because it’s on a Friday. I called a couple of days in advance to find out if it was possible to have it delivered before noon? The sweet lady on the phone said she could and she would add it needed to be delivered before 11. This lady was extremely helpful, very friendly and happy to help. In fact if she had said no I would’ve understood. It is Valentines! I simply would’ve canceled my order and made other arrangements. Friday came and of course noon came and she did not have the special delivery. I called this store a man, not a gentleman answered the phone and rudely and abruptly said in a very harsh voice that they do not guarantee delivery. I mentioned that I had spoken to someone earlier in the week that had told me differently. Like I said at first if I was told there was no guarantee I would have made other arrangements. The main reason is because I spent 155.00 for chocolate covered strawberries. It’s not like something that can sit in the office til Monday. He once again was extremely rude, very rude! We don’t guarantee delivery!!! I am very disappointed, very angry, and upset. I wouldn’t have spent 155.00 to a place that doesn’t value their customers. The ugly man needs to take customer relations from the lady I spoke to earlier in the week. I hate this cuz this is a new job for my daughter and I don’t know of any other place that has this available. My daughter was having a difficult time and I wanted to surprise her. Plus I do something for my kids every holiday. But bet my butt I will figure something else out!!! It’s not the ladies fault, she was being accommodating. Like I said she was so nice, even if they couldn’t have done it. Because of her attitude I would’ve understood!!

Ordered online for next day delivery for my son’s birthday! When my order still wasn’t delivered by 5 o’clock Pm, I called them and they said it would be delivered in an hour. At 6:30 PM I called again and They said it would be delivered within an hour. I called back at 8:15 pm to cancel the order and the store was closed. Order was finally delivered at nine pm....My son missed his dinner date waiting for the delivery.
