what a wonderful experience! Edmond Auto is not only affordable but also fast and friendly. They have helped me twice now with parts for my Jeep. Both experiences have been great! They even pushed to have my car completed same day(it was going to be next day because the were booked),but knowing I needed it for work and picking up my kiddos they fixed it just hours later. Finally it is nice to actually have a repair shop that I can trust, won't cause me to have to take out a loan, and does the job right the first time. Thanks again guys!!

My friend recommended going to Kennedy and I accidentally stopped at Edmond Auto Service and I quickly realized that this place was not Kennedy. After going to Kennedy I realized that Edmond Auto Service was the bottom of the barrel auto service and Kennedy was top of the line auto service. I won't be going to Edmond Auto Service unless I want my clothes soaked in grease when I sit in their lobby. :(

I had my Rv at a shop and they told me my AC compressor was shot but they couldn't get to it till the following week. I needed it so tried Edmond auto service. They called me later and said my compressor was fine and I only needed to replace a worn belt. Money in my pocket.yes. Since then I have taken all my auto needs to them. You can count on 5 things with them. Fast service. A job well done, fair price, treated with respect, and they won't rip you off. Oops forgot great communication while its there. One other thing if you want pretty Edmond isn't your place but if you want good it's a allful pretty.

STAY. AWAY. FROM. HERE! AVOID. pathetic management, incapable staff. Bought the Groupon "super-saver card" like 95% of their customers do. I have called 1x a month for 6 months. They have "run out of oil" 3 times and are "booked solid" every other time. How can you operate an oil change business and not have oil and not be able to employ enough staff to keep up with demand?? Are you kidding me? The one time I was able to get in (last year!), their facilities were in total disrepair, staff was unfriendly and desperately needed a shower and it took them 30 min. to perform a routine oil change with only 1 other car in a 6 car bay. I'm not a snob, I'm a college kid. I get the "saving money" idea. Save your money, spend it elsewhere. DONT BE FOOLED. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. STAY. AWAY. FROM. HERE! The super-saver card was the worst decision i have ever made. Shocking to find out they dont do refunds. 30 would be MUCH better spent somewhere else, even if it costs more.

Was 300 miles from home when the starter on my land rover just stopped. I called edmond auto service 5 minutes before they closed. they waited at the shop until I found a tow truck and deliver the vehicle to them just so it wouldnt be left outside overnite. they found a starter(which isnt easy) and had me on my way by noon the next day. Hands down my best experience with a auto repair shop to date. will definitely tell everyone I know about them. sincerly john hubbard oologah,ok.
