I’ve been a patient of Dr Matt Morris for over ten years. He has “seen” me through some traumatic eye issues and always takes the time to ensure my eyes are in good shape. Today in my exam he notice something slightly off and took extra time to determine the cause. He always explains and answers my questions. There’s no one else I’d trust my eyes with. I also love the ladies at the front. They always help me find the perfect pair and don’t care how many glasses I try on.

The prescription that we received was very wrong. One lens was totally non prescription! My daughter has an astigmatism. When we picked up her glasses, we were told to wear them and let her eyes adjust. That wasn’t the case at all. Pay attention to detail when filling out the prescription!!!! I’ll be reaching out as soon as you are open again to get this remedied.

This place is perfect if you have a month or more to spare for new frames and lenses. I would not recommend on any level if you’re in a time crunch (less than a month) We loved the optometrist Dr. Tracy. She was really great with both my kids and was able to work them into the same time slot. However, the issues started almost immediately with the optician we were given. Extremely passive aggressive from the get go. We waited the 11 days for my youngest daughters glasses, and were excited until the optician broke the frame when adjusting to fit to my child’s face. So now we are at almost a month later, were given temporary frames only when I pressed and until the frame they ordered arrive. I was under the impression that this would be an expedited order so that patients aren’t waiting over a month to have glasses. I am super disappointed and unfortunately will have to switch providers as much as I loved the doctor and the rest of the staff. I feel I have been more than patient and was very understanding when the frames were broken and nothing was done what so ever to get her the glasses she needed to wear for a few weeks and have another follow up to see if her eyesight has improved. Disaster
