Wish I could give more details. Whoever answered the phone seemed very put off by my questions. It's difficult to take my business somewhere with this type of first interaction.
Unreliable. Nice guy came out to give me an estimate for a large bathroom mirror. Said he would get back to me. Two weeks later and still no call or text from them. I contacted Glass Solutions, left a message and they never responded.
We called based on past happy experience. Our job required a good glass mechanic. A shower door that had sagged probably from earthquakes. I was told that we'd get a call when they were available. Next day we were indeed called. Appointment time set for next morning. Zak came exactly;y as arranged. Went immediately to work. Fixed the shower door slick as a whistle. Reasonable price for excellent work. Finding someone this reliable in Edmond is a blessing.
Stopped in to get some quotes on a piece of glass and mirror to replace in some of my furniture. Receptionist was not friendly at all. Also informed me that it would take a couple days to get a piece of mirror cut to size I needed when she had it in stock. Will not be going here again horrible customer service.
