I liked the people here. Dr. Brooks took his time in the room to explain different things about my eyes and the best path forward for me. What I did not like were all the extra costs at the end. With contacts, I always have to pay a little extra beyond what my insurance covers, but they seemed to charge extra for everything! Even the part where he flips the lenses to narrow down my prescription which is just a basic part of an exam. I liked the people but I will not be coming back here.

What an amazing place to get your eye exam. The staff is friendliest as can be. The atmosphere is pleasant. Everything is clean as could be (especially during a Covid-19). The doctor I had, took his time to explain anything I had questions on. I would definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone looking for an eye exam or any eye needs.

The positive experience that I had started the minute I booked the appointment; Erin was excellent and gathered my information to streamline my need to fill out the paperwork once I would arrive at the clinic. As I stepped through the front door, the waiting room was clean and organized. The check-in process was efficient and the staff, especially Tressa, were kind and pleasant and exceeded my expectations. Caleb, the individual that performed the tests prior to seeing the doctor, was extremely professional and thorough. When it came to seeing the doctor, Dr. Brooks talked through all the results of my tests and explained each and every procedure. And lastly, Ian did a great job in explaining the costs and options that were presented to me. He even tried to save me some money. I highly recommend this clinic and the staff. In fact, my wife is excited to book her first appointment with them soon.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Matt Brooks! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are so patient and caring especially with my energetic kiddos! I can't say enough good things about them! I recommend this place to EVERYONE I know. If you are looking for a family optometrist I HIGHLY recommend them!
