Mr. Jenks and his crew did a phenomenal job with my well pump and pressure tank. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and over all professional at their craft. Very happy with the service and the prompt response we were given. Our water froze during the below 0 temperatures, snow and ice. They were able to fix the problem and unfreeze the lines, while working in horrible weather conditions. Our family is very grateful for Jenks Water Well Service!
I was really happy with my experience with Ted Jenks well service today! Took the time to find exactly what was happening with my well and took care of it same day. A gopher/mole had chewed the power line and they were able to locate and repair at a reasonable price for how much time they spent. Glad to have my water back and so is my grass! Would be happy to recommend to my family and friends who also have wells!
I spoke to Harmony when I first called. She was very pleasant and helpful. Don Jenks and a couple of workers were at my house within 30 minutes or less. They assessed what was causing problems, explained what they needed to do and why before doing any work and did a very professional job on the work we agreed to. They certainly met my expectations for someone doing work on my property. This is the second time I have hired them to work on my well. Both times, this family has been friendly, honest, upfront and professional. Thank you to the folks at Jenks. I would highly recommend you for well service and if needed will call you again!
Called Harmony @3:45 Pm The Crew arrived at 4:30 Pm and replaced the well pump and by 6:20 we had water again Awesome Job And Very Professional Crew !!!!!
