order is always wrong, always dry & is just disappointing compared to other sandwich places like subway/mccallisters, etc. bang for your buck? Absolutely not. correct order? probably not.

Jimmy John's is Freaky Fast and always fresh. Make your sub Jimmy's way or Yours. On a Side note: This store does not use sprouts.

Horrible experience! Called in a carry out order and arrived 5-10 mins later. When I entered the store the cashier and staff greeted me nicely and informed me they couldn’t take my order due to “the system going down”. I informed the cashier my order was placed over the phone, that it should have already been made. The cashier then located my already made food but said I had to pay in cash since their computer system was down. I informed them that all had was 4,00 cash since I wasn’t informed when placing my order over the phone of the cash only requirement. The cashier then went to the owner and asked him if he could sell me the meal for 4.00 instead of the 8.00 owed and was told no (by the owner). At this point I left but called back and expressed my complaint with the owner. The owner then lied and said he would have given me my food for free; however, when I was in the store he said otherwise. The owner continued to argue with me rather than admitting he made a mistake. I expressed to him I was contacting corporate to complain and was told not to ever return to his store. Not a great experience at this JJ’s.
Jimmy Johns is maybe 4 minutes away and it's been over an hour and I still haven't got our dinner 3 sandwiches.... I could have walked up to the store and stopped for a slurpee on the way back. Won't be asking for delivery again HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE !!!!!!
Not “freaky fast” in terms of delivery but the food is always good.
Will not patronize any place where its owner enjoys killing elephants and gloating in the photographs. Did not and will not eat there.
I work with the public so it’s important for me to share good service when I find it. I spent less than five minutes in Jimmy Johns on 2nd and will return for the hospitality. Clay took my order and my money and took the time to make sure I felt welcomed. He said if I didn’t like the food to blame Alexis when I asked for their names. Don’t worry, my #17 was great. Bailey made sure I had everything I asked for and made it ‘Freaky Fast’ just like I like my sandwiches. Clayton said it was his last day and I hope his future endeavors treat him as well as he treated me in your store today. What a great team to represent your store today.
