We were going to use Jos A. Banks for our wedding April 2020, but due to COVID we had to change plans. Therefore, we had everyone in our bridal party cancel their tuxes. Jos. A Banks did not give us any trouble and gave us all our money back. However, prior to our cancellation, they were very helpful at assisting us with finding the right colors to match our bridesmaid dresses.

The people there were very helpful and professional. They could answer my questions and took the time to give me their honest opinions. I definitely recommend going there for their high-quality products and first class customer service.

Second time my son was fitted for tux to be in wedding and the suit did not fit! We specifically made a second trip to the store to get the upgraded jacket which is the slim cut. The associate told us it was not needed that it would not fit him. He arrived in Houston at the wedding and the jacket does not fit. Every single guy in the wedding got the upgrade jacket but him. His jacket is too large!! Edmond location is lazy and they never want to help. He had to input his own information in the computer because the associate was not trained on how to do it.
