NO STARS FOR SURE! The lady Mya that works in the rental area is beyond rude. Left me Nasty voicemails, told me she "didn't care about my family issues, this is a car rental" Beyond long story, but definitely would and will never go back, and if asked, i will tell others about my experience. I cant talk for the sales department, they were never rude and listened to me. BUT the rental.... Mya needs to learn customer service big time!

I rented a Sorento for a family trip over the holidays. We managed to get 6 people in it comfortably along with an insane amount of presents. The SUV was great and so was Kalidy's customer service. Being stuck with that many extended family members on a long car ride... still recovering.
