Great BBQ. German potato salad had a good flavor. Really liked the smoked corn. Employees had a great personality and were very helpful. I will definitely come here again when I visit the area.

Great first experience. Don't be scared about the whole "German inspired" thing, it just means everything's gonna go great with BBQ sauce or mustard. The brisket was good, the rib was great, and the smoked chicken was incredible. The spicy BBQ sauce is definitely White People Spicy so don't be scared, and the house-made brown mustard is killer - lightly sweet & tangy. It's worth mentioning the friendly & helpful staff. I was greeted warmly, & on saying I'm a first timer they guided me towards the correct choice. Next time I'm going all out & getting the schnitzel.
Sad that the best BBQ in the OKC metro area is closed. They served THE best brisket. You didn't need BBQ sauce on it or any of their meats because they were filled with such good flavor that comes from the smoke and seasonings. Hope the klemms truck makes a reappearance in the future.

It's my slice of Texas BBQ heaven in this land of smoked bologna. I have never been let down by food here and I've tried nearly everything. If you're looking for BBQ don't skip this place.
I'll have to admit, this place is pretty legit. My husband has basically tried all the ribs in all the land and so far these are his favorite. I love the German spin on things. Its definitely a must try. And the cookies. You have to try the cookies!

They serve the tenderest lean Brisket you'll find anywhere. And, it's not just lean and tender, it has the most pleasant smoky flavor that your money can buy. The fresh cut french fries are a festival of flavor and spice, served with just enough course Black Pepper to tease without torturing! My son and I shared a Sliced Brisket Sandwich combo. It was large enough that we were satisfied, but delicious enough that we should have ordered 2 combos!!! The service is quick and friendly. A family owned business, they take pride in their product. This is one place you must try. We plan on trying it again. And again....
