This used to be one of my go to places. I always ordered the chicken salad sandwich. The last two weeks haven't been good. Last week, the chicken salad looked and tasted different. I don't know if it was old or they tried a different recipe but I ate just half and called it good. This week my sandwich had a croissant that was literally falling apart. Not flaky but falling to pieces. The bottom of the croissant was so hard it wasn't edible.

The food was great as always used the pick up service last night had a sub par experience. Called when we arrived to pick up was told they would bring it out as soon as they were done making the order. 15 min later I went inside to find my order sitting on the counter. They had no intention of bringing it to the car. Because as I walked in and asked about my order the order the server said oh its this one right here
I've eaten at other Mcalister's location and have never been all that impressed, this time was different and the meal was VERY good. Food was fresh and pick up was made very simple. Well done!
They were out of everything during the dinner rush. Not to mention there prices are high for a mediocre product.
So, I placed this order online and it was ready when I arrived. The sweet lemonade Tea was very refreshing...
