While on a road trip , we discovered a broken brake light. We got off the highway and in desperation drove into the dealership explaining our issue and that we didn’t have time to make an appointment. The staff is so warm they made us feel instantaneously welcome and started working on the car right away. Within 10 min everything was fixed and we were ready die the highways again !!! All this while there were atleast 4-5 other customers like us alongside . What a great example of customer service ! This is why we love our Mercedes!

If I could give them no stars I would. Highly recommend you read reviews in the past. They have a history of shady pricing. They advertise a price online so they can get you to call the dealer and then change pricing. One of the managers (Andy) told me he would price match if I found a similar unit which I did and did not keep his word. I have text messages and emails confirming. Once they saw I was serious about purchasing unit they raised the price of the suv by 5,000. Be careful with this dealer. Highly recommend you go somewhere else.
