I’ve had 5 ct’s here in the last 3 years and have always had a great experience. Staff are attentive and friendly. Results, via MyMercy app, have usually (maybe always?) been accessible the same day.

Showed up 15 min early. Wasn't taken back until 35 min after my appointment time. Was told the cat scan results would be to my doctor in an hour or two. Doctor didn't receive them and being on a Friday, I have to wait the entire weekend until I can hear the results. Causing a tremendous amount of stress for us. Also, scan was 800 where it is 360 at other places in okc. Do not go here.

Orthopedic fails to follow thru following poor quality x-ray. First time resulted in multiple surgeries that could have been avoided. Similar accident to the other foot but no follow-up despite Primary indicating orthopedic would follow-up. Disappointed in the facility.
