My goodness, what happened to the old Newport TV Service? Used them in the 90’s to mid 2000. Had a warranty issue recently, the guy sat my TV on our dining table then called someone to ask what to do. Bring back the old. These people are hacks. They should remove service from their name. RUN

GE Appliance sent this company out to fix my washer. First appointment guy found what i knew was wrong with the machine and then ordered the parts. Parts arrived at this service company's location. Second appointment had to wait 3 hours and no call from the company for not showing up to fix the washer. i had to call them just for excuses on why the appointment was missed. Third appointment 2 weeks latter they did the same thing AGAIN!!!!!!! I have lost time, money, and the use of the washer for over a month at this point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Newport TV & Appliance company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES i am (or was) a customer. I have email proof so please do not lie to the public or to the BBB

Worst experience with a repair company ever. Our ice maker broke and the fridge was under warranty. It took them literally 8 months to repair it. This included sending out technicians weekly (during business hours so we had to take off work EVERY week). The idiots technicians they would send would break parts of our fridge while disassembling and look at us like idiots when we demanded to have them repair what they had broken. On five or more occasions they would show up on the designated time having ordered the wrong part. And several times during the 2 hour window that we had to take off work, they would call and say they couldn't make it during this time. Oh, and you want to get ahold of them to complain? Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! Finally, after 8 long months, they sort of fixed everything they had broken (the faceplate they broke still isn't flush with the fridge) and we just cut our losses. I wish I would have just paid out of pocket and never gotten the extended warranty on the fridge. Avoid this company like the plague.

Because of my tight schedule I decided it would be better for me to drop off my TV for warranty repair, rather than schedule a technician to evaluate the repair in my home. The repair shop was easy to find, the staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. The shop sent me an email at each step of the process so that I knew a technician had made the evaluation, ordered the part, installed the part, etc. I was able to pick up my repaired TV with loading help from their staff. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for warranty repair.
