I was recommended to them by a mutual friend, trusting the recommendation I foolishly paid them in full before they completed the tune on my vehicle. The agreement beforehand was that they'd tune my truck immediately after I put my engine in. Its my daily driver work truck so I couldnt wait around. They knew this. I have witnesses and text messages proving all this. After 2 weeks of him either ignoring my calls and texts or telling me "tomorrow" every time he did respond, I told him I wanted my money back. Big sob story and lots of apologies and promises of what? You guessed it, tomorrow. I gave him 2 more days and now I'm taking him to court for it. Refuses to give me my money back for him not fulfilling his obligation as a business owner. Horrible work, and even worse "customer service". Dont really expect this business to last doing stuff like this. Avoid at all costs. And they blocked me on facebook for posting this same thing on their facebook account lol. Thats ok. The word is getting out ;)
