Mixed feeling, I bought a monthly pass and used a couple of locations in Moore, Norman and Edmond. I noticed that the wash chipped a bunch of paint off and scratched my cars here and there. Their brushes might run too fast, or they put too small amount of shampoo/water to wash a car during the process. If you have a black car, plz look around your car whenever it's washed. I'll need to find other car washes.
This is my favorite automated car wash in Edmond. The drive through wash gets my car sparkling clean. The staff is friendly but the vacuum area needs better maintenance and upkeep to earn 5 stars.
Love this place. Their vacuum is high powered. Cleans your mats great. Make sure you have everything secured before you vacuum. Car wash does a excellent job.
Went here on the Jan 14, 2021 Edmond location I got stuck in the car wash with multiple other cars for 5 minutes where they moved the track back and forth. Car had multiple scratches along driver side the Manager Zack said there was nothing in there car wash that would make vertical scratches. I have picture proof that my car was in the wash and that we were stuck. Front car had bumper damage others had scratches. Have been coming here for the last 7 years. Now my car is visibly scratched up and they said they aren’t liable for it. Will not be revisiting any locations after y’all not being able to take responsibility for your car wash malfunctioning.
