I owe so much to these guys! My father's house flooded and the circumstances surrounding the flood were very difficult. Everyone involved with this company was especially kind and gentle. The work performed was amazing from the very beginning until the end, very few problems were encountered. They took care of everything and worked closely with the insurance company so things would go smoothly. I must give kudos to the two main guys i worked with, Bobby and Jamison; they were especially kind and they made things as easy for me as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any restoration needs!

Our HVAC system was never properly insulated and the condensation was leaking onto the plywood in our attic. Phoenix Restoration came out immediately to check for any other damage. Then promptly started our remediation and worked with us so much on checking other spots inside our home, questions/concerns, scheduling, etc. The employees are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional and willing to do what it takes to get your home “healthy” again. I love that the antimicrobial solution they used for the fogging and wiping was a non-toxic plant-based product, this was a very big bonus for my son’s health. I’m so grateful that we chose Phoenix Restoration for our remediation!! Highly recommend!!
I highly recommend this company. My drain hose came out of the drain from the washing machine and flooded the laundry room which water spread to bedroom, living room and hallway. They were quick to respond and meet me to pull back carpet and set up fans. Brian and jonathon were very professional and very honest from the beginning. I would trust them over and over. I felt like they were there to help me more than to just “do a job”. Thank you Phoenix Restoration.
