So My fridge needed servicing and Mike and another worker fixed a few different issues from the ice maker not working to re-installing a new inner panel that was clogged. So awesome to have ice in the summertime when you have kiddos. Highly recommend them. Received a call the day before and a call when they were in route. Answered all my questions and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Super thankful that they did a great job!

Matthew Kerby quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with both our dishwasher and refrigerator, made the necessary arrangements with our warranty company for the repairs and performed them thereafter. Matthew was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. When an unexpected timing issue the day of our repair appointment came up he flexed his schedule to accommodate. I would call Matthew again for any appliance issue and would recommend him, and therefore Professional Appliance & TV Service, to any friend or family.
