After dealing with so many incompetent health care individuals I was impressed with the Dr. and her assistant. She was very informative, friendly and compassionate! I highly recommend them for any thorough evaluations!

As all of the reviews say, the doctors here are wonderful but the office staff is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. I’ve had multiple occasions when i was due for a refill and was told that I could not have my medication refilled because I had not been in for an appointment. I was berated and told “you should know the rule” when I asked why during the last refill I wasn’t advised I would need to come in again before my next refill. I explained over and over that I have never been told “the rules” for how often I need an appointment to have a refill and their response was just “the doctor should tell you”. I’ve never been able to speak with a doctor over the phone on these issues. I have to go through the incompetent and rude office staff. If you are out of town or there is not appointment availability before your refill, they will not give you a few days worth to get you through. I consider that practice to be incredibly dangerous to mental health patients and am considering filing a formal complaint against the office for this practice. I know there aren’t many psychiatrist in the area but if you can avoid this office, I would highly recommend avoiding at all cost.

I have been receiving TMS therapy at this clinic for six weeks now. I have had nothing but good experience there with their staff. They've always been kind and helpful to me, and having Lisa sit in the room during my treatment is a bonus. Sure they are required to sit in the room during treatment, but they don't have to talk to you outside of the normal stuff. A little respect goes a long way anywhere you go. Yes ma'am, no ma'am, please and thank you and consider in our minds that they are dealing with a lot too. Be kind to the lady at the window, she's always busy with multiple tasks.

I have been seeing Lindsey now for 3 years. I have nothing but good to say about her care. The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with, if treated with respect. I am very grateful for Edmond Psychiatric Associates, especially now in Aug of 2020.

Please listen and be careful with this office. Office staff won't answer the phones and treat you with disrespect and pure hate. They cancelled on me the day of because Mrs Jones was busy and I was charged with a 50 no show fee. Ive been calling every day for 3 months, multiple voicemails, website portal comments and concerns, and every extension on their phone line and no response back. They practice patient abandomnet here and really don't care for the needs of the patient. I was let go without any explanation or call back and they wouldn't help with getting me treatment because they don't answer or respond. Mrs Jones will push any pills you want if you ask for them and my blood pressure was high one day and they still gave me pills knowing it wasn't healthy to take. Please refrain from going here if your actually looking for answers or help. These doctors don't care about your vitals or past medical history because they just want to get paid. I was called a liar by office staff and still have not received communication from them regarding my doctor cancelling my appt. Legal matters should and will take place against this business for their malpractice and abandoment of patient. These aren't qualified psychiatric advisors and their office staff will make it very difficult to stay and keep your cool. My hard working respective integrity country boy Morales and standards have been disrespected by everyone at this clinic and I can only hope God will take care of their bad habits and the Drs unethical approach to healthcare. I appreciate honest reviews and this was just that to help others not fall in a trap with Edmond psychiatric associates. I worked 3.5 years on my credit score very hard to get screwed over a 50 bill and its not about the money but the principle of good faith.
