I visited the store today and while there they were to shoppers that entered without wearing a mask which is mandated by the city. The manager very politely asked them to please put on a mask and I was given a hard time back. She was very professional and very calm and just explain very simply that that was the city mandate and that her employee should be following that at all times gave them a mask from behind the counter and it was a very easy interaction. I am a high risk so I can’t tell her how much I appreciated her efforts. It would be much easier just to let them shop without even asking them to put on a mask but she did the right thing and I applaud her for it
