Every time I've gone here there's always one worker but I can say that one person will get you in and out you tell me what you need what you trying to do and it's a quick process
I have been trying to renew my dl.on this square site since March 1 I can never get the appt and I'm on it at exactly 9 am.well I went to this tag agency to day not a soul there and explained to them about this square site and they refused to help me.so sit out front for 30 minutes no one came and I asked them again and still refused to help me.this is A sorry tag agency
The older lady behind the counter is super rude and unprofessional. Came in to change the address on my drivers license and was rudely told i needed to make a appointment even though the place was completely empty and she was looking at her phone. They are using covid as an excuse not to do their jobs.
Coming from a big town with one tag agency to a small city with many, I'm beyond grateful for this one. Typically 2 clerks and rarely a long wait. Plus, they are a notary and offer advice and assistance on many civil needs.
Always had a bad experience with this Tag agency, not sure if management or staff. Long delays and inconsistent policies. Has been much smoother at N May or MacArthur branches near turnpike.
Friendly and efficient. I have never had a long wait and often haven't had to wait at all. Was recently in to transfer my boat title and I dropped some stickers in the parking lot. A few days later when I realized they were lost I ran by (again no wait) to discover that they had found them in the parking lot later that day and already mailed them to me!
