Do not take your clothes to these guys. Continually returning because spots are not removed. Spots such as mustard and basic food items. They cannot promise you for sure when clothing is returning. They will tell you but. They have even lost shirts before. They use to be really good but something has changed. 11/28/2020- Talked to the manager 2 weeks ago about shirts coming back with basic food stains etc. waited two weeks as I committed to him. I just at came into pick up three shirts. All came back dirty. Not sure they even washed them. Sent them back then done with this group.

I cannot be more thankful. Scott Cleaners accomplshed a one day turn around on BOTH dry cleaning & alterations so my son could attend his grandfather’s funeral in a proper suit—and did a great job on both. Thanks so much to Jane in alterations, Sandra for above & beyond customer service (& Jill, too!) and to Mr. Scott as well. I could not be happier with my experience at Scott Cleaners.
Loved this place.... past tense..... I have never walked out on a job before. But I did this one. When upper management allows workers to be berated, belittled and yelled at by store manager and DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT, it was time to go... 6 days I reported and requested assistance....to no avail. Sad sad sad.... A FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD
Had an issue but they took care of it very timely. If you have an issue, let them know and they'll work with you. Thanks for being a great company with a customer focus.
I just started using this cleaners due to the location being close to our house. On my third time to get my shirts laundered and starched I received a 98.00 Ralph Lauren shirt back from the cleaners with a button that holds the collar down torn off the shirt and also a hole in the shirt. I immediately returned the shirt to the cleaners and requested that the cleaners replace my shirt. After waiting approximately a week I received a phone call telling me that Scott Cleaners would not replace my shirt..They made up excuses for not replacing my shirt even though they clearly are at fault!! I hope you read this review and do not use Scott Cleaners as they are clearly the worst cleaners I have ever used. . I look forward to the day when the sign on the front door of Scott Cleaners in Edmond, OK says (NO LONGER IN BUSINESS).......
